  • When is rent due?

    Rent is due on the 1st of every month and will acquire late fees after the 5th.

  • Do you accept Emergency Housing?

    We do not have emergency housing but do have a preference for natural disasters and family violence. Give us a call to inquire 432-447-2807

  • Do you accept section 8?

    We do not accept section 8 

  • What is considered an after hour maintenance emergency?

    • Fire (Call 911 first, then maintenance)
    • Broken water line or flooding
    • Broken lock on your door
    • No air conditioning in hot weather over 85 degrees
    • No heat in freezing weather under 

  • What are your office hours?

    Monday - Thursday 8 am - 5 pm
